We take security seriously - fixing vulnerabilities and improving our security posture continuously, as well as offering you a variety of security features to keep your data safe.

Our goal at WeGuard is to ensure that your business is safe and secure and that you can grow and innovate in a secure and resilient manner with WeGuard products.

Reliability

WeGuard will use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize the availability of WeGuard®, and provides performance standards as detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). This SLA applies only to paying customers, and does not apply to customers who are evaluating WeGuard® by availing the 30 day free trial option.

We will provide at least 90 days' advance notice for adverse changes to this SLA. If we do not achieve and maintain the Monthly Uptime Percentages, then you may be eligible for a discount on your subsequent monthly bill.

Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. At WeGuard, we have a few fundamental principles:

1. We are thoughtful about the personal information we ask you to provide and the personal information that we collect about you through the operation of our services.
2. We store personal information for only as long as we have a reason to keep it.
3. We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what information on our website or webapp is shared publicly (or kept private), indexed by search engines, and permanently deleted.
4. We help protect you from overreaching government demands for your personal information.
5. We aim for full transparency on how we gather, use, and share your personal information.
